STUD SERVICE CONTRACT

Sandy's Kennels hereby agrees to provide
stud service to the following:

bitch_________________________owned by
_____________________________using the
following male________________________ in
return for the following stud service fee of
$650.00 or Pick of the litter puppy(to be
agreed upon before service is rendered). Both
parties, the owner of the bitch and the owner
of the stud have agreed upon the following
stud service fee:

If pick is agreed upon a $650.00 deposit will
be left until the pick of the litter is delivered to
the owner of the sire at which time the deposit
will be returned to the owner of the bitch.

It is hereby agreed that, if the first mating
does not result in a pregnancy, Sandy's
Kennels will provide a second stud service for
no additional charge either to the same stud
dog or to a comparable replacement dog (at
the discretion of Sandy's Kennels). If a
different stud dog is selected for a repeat
breeding the two stud dogs will be considered
as one and the same for contractual purposes.
In the event that a second stud service does
not result in pregnancy Sandy's Kennel will be
considered to have fulfilled its obligation to
this contract and will be entitled to any stud
fee, whether cash or barter, that has already
been paid. In the event that said bitch refuses
to, or is unable to breed during the first week
of being with the male, there will be a
handling fee of $50.00. If you so desire, you
may leave the bitch an additional week for a
kennel fee of $10.00 per day.

Cash stud fee is due at the time of signing of
this contract. If the stud fee is to be a pick of
the litter puppy a cash deposit, in the amount
of what would be normal stud fee for the male
dog involved, will be left with Sandy's Kennels
until such time as the pick of the litter puppy
is received or 8 1/2 weeks of the birth of the
litter, whichever is the shortest period of time.
If the pick of the litter puppy is not delivered
to Sandy's Kennels within 8 1/2 weeks after
the birth of the litter the deposit may be
forfeited (at the discretion of Sandy's Kennel).
If this is the case then the owner of the bitch
will be entitled to keep the pick of the puppy
and this contract will be considered
discharged by all parties. Delivery of the pick
of the litter puppy is the full responsibility of
the owner of the bitch. If the pick of the litter
puppy is delivered within 8 1/2 weeks of the
birth of the litter, and it is an acceptable dog
(at the discretions of Sandy's Kennel) cash
deposit will be refunded to the owner of the
bitch. Sandy's Kennels reserves the right to
refuse acceptance of the pick of the litter
puppy in the event that it appears to be any of
the following: poor health, possessing any
obvious genetic fault, is not the previously
selected puppy, is of obviously poor quality or
is not suitable for breeding for any reason (at
the discretion of Sandy's Kennels). Sandy's
Kennels authorized representative shall be
considered as enough expert to determine
quality as applied to the current AKC
standard for the breed. A pick of the litter
will take place at the convince of Sandy's
Kennels within 60 days of birth. Delivery of
the pick of the litter puppy will normally take
place only after the puppy is 6 weeks old and
no more than 8 1/2 weeks, unless time and
distance constraints are a factor. These kinds
of situation may be adjusted solely by Sandy's
Kennels.

In the event that a bitch becomes pregnant,
but does not whelp live puppies or whelps
puppies and all in the litter die, Sandy's
Kennels is considered to have fulfilled its
contractual obligation for the stud service and
any deposit held by Sandy's Kennels is
considered to be forfeited. If the pick of the
litter is selected but does not live to be
delivered to Sandy's Kennels, for ANY
reason, the owner of the bitch shall be
considered as still indebted to Sandy's
Kennels for a stud service fee. In the event
that only one puppy survives in the litter, and
the stud fee is to be pick of the litter puppy,
the owner of the bitch will deliver the puppy
to Sandy's Kennels and the deposit will be
returned to the owner of the bitch. Only
Sandy's Kennels can adjust the stud fee in lieu
of delivery of an only surviving puppy This is
subject to the same health and considerations
listed previously in this contract.
